A framed photograph of a smiling woman with a red bindi, placed on a table with a white lace tablecloth. Next to the photo, there are two candles, one in a glass container and another in a small holder, and a white vase holding white lilies and other flowers.

Faith. Experienced from within.

For many Christians, Sahaja Yoga feels like recognizing something already there.

Stillness.
Presence.
The Holy Spirit known inwardly, not just spoken about.

This site is for people like me. People who have encountered something real when sitting quietly with God, yet feel the tension of old conditioning because the experience didn’t arrive in the familiar language or forms of church.

If you’re holding that tension, I hope what you find here helps you feel a little less alone.
